About Sarah

Sarah is a Real Estate Marketer and principle stylist for Voila Home Staging. She specializes in the retaining of your property’s equity and ensuring the quickest sale of your home for a highest return on investment.

Sarah has lived on the Sunshine Coast for 18 years where her diverse working backgrounds in theatre, home care and rental renovation projects inspired her to seek interior design training at Vancouver College of Art and Design and accreditation as a Certified Staging Professional®
Having a natural attraction to art design and beautiful spaces Sarah worked long evenings in theatre alongside stage crews bringing life to bare stages with strategic lighting and set design.

As well, she gained hands on experience with her husband Chris through management of renovation and redesign projects for rental properties from wall studs, insulation, electrical and drywall to paint choices, furniture arrangement, space flow and décor.

For many years Sarah worked with Home Care services. By visiting different client’s Sarah developed a closer understanding to people’s lifestyle needs in their homes. How they live and age in spaces and their personal attachments to their surroundings.

What these backgrounds bring to the table for home staging in addition to her training is a keen understanding into the sensitive needs of a home seller and the psychology of the buyer and how they make decisions when viewing a home.
