The First Step…
The Consultation
To begin the process a consultation must first be booked with Voila to address the needs of the space.
By conducting a tour of your property, we will evaluate the condition of each room and space. You will receive a detailed report with our professional recommendations for improvements and updates on how to best prepare your home for the market. We will provide advise and discuss which tasks to invest in for the best value to make the ultimate impression.
To ensure a quick and profitable sale of your home recommendations will be for repairs, updates, colour palette and furniture placement.
The CSP will take room measurements and photographs.
Understanding how lifestyles can be interrupted during some phases of staging, we will work with you and provide solutions how to minimize disruptions.
A quote for our staging service will be provided the next day within 24hrs of the consultation.
The Second Step
Prep Work
After deciding the best-selling strategy for your space, the next critical step before any staging begins will be the execution of the prep work. Based on your timeline and financial goals you may decide to personally complete the tasks or we can provide you with an index of local tradesman to assist.
The Third Step
Staging
When the hard work and completion of all recommendations on the check list are done, your home is ready for the installation of décor, furniture and artwork, creating a gorgeous space that will excite buyers.
Your investment of rental inventory is carefully chosen to appeal to a wide segment of buyers. It will be strategically placed to draw the buyer through the property to appreciate all it has to offer.
The benefits of renting over purchasing inventory include the lower cost, the time factor in decision making as the incorrect choice can be an added expense with longer time on the market and extra furniture to pack away upon selling.
Design plan, delivery and installation is taken care.
Voilà is fully insured up to $2,000,000.
On Staging day our CSP team will have full access to your property. Please make arrangements for family, neighbors and pets to be off site for the duration of the staging time.
A staging investment will start at $500 depending on project.
This includes design planning, picking and packing items and de-staging.
Rental and delivery pricing will vary with range of project.
A signed contract and 60% down payment is required to secure a booking. The remaining amount is due two days before staging.
Vacant
Vacant Look and See $75
Properties without existing furnishings, new builds investment properties with no need of repairs and updates.
A staging professional will walk through your property room by room taking measurements and photographs.
A quote will be put together and sent to the owner within 24hrs.
If staging services are booked for a vacant the consultation fee will be deducted from the total service fee.
Occupied
With Inventory
Strategically reworking the layout of your existing furniture art and accessories to attract and impress buyers.
Providing our professional recommendations for specific repairs, updates and improvements that will have the most value within your budget.
A good option if you have a short time before an open house or limited funds to invest.
